Outlook Hotmail Problem

 

Recently, we have had complaints from some members with Outlook Hotmail accounts who are not receiving the automated emails we send out with details of their login and password

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this. This is a Outlook Hotmail problem and for some unknown reason it appears to block our emails.

The only remedy we can offer is for you to add our email address to the 'Safe senders' list in the 'Mail options'.

To do this login to your Hotmail account and click on the wheel/cog which is near the top right of the screen.

Then input 'junk' into the search box and then select 'Safe mailing lists' from the list of options shown under the search box.

Check the 'Junk email' for our email address and delete it if it is there.

In 'Safe mailing lists' add our email address and press Enter/Return on your keyboard. Finally click the 'Save' option at the top of the list screen.

If this doesn't work then you will have to contact Hotmail yourself to get the problem resolved.

Alternately, sign up for a different free eMail account where this problem does not happen.
